what balance should i order if my Anderson balance is stamped : 11600-17 11600-3 and BL8 10#31 5-85

visible glass, non-tilt windows manufactured in 1986 27"x32" glass

Good afternoon! Thanks for posting. Please take a look at our 24-1033 Andersen sash balance. This can be used to replace balance boxes with the stamp 10#31.
