The very tiny set screw in the handle fell out and now the handle falls off. Do you have a replacement or even the set screw for this?

One of our senior experts actually has the same assembly in their home and he recommends picking up a liquid thread lock such as Loctite from a local hardware store and putting just a drop on the screw thread to help keep them in place. Thank you!
