anderson window balance

Question

windows are double hung. The balance has one stamp  D73 7127 683 on one side and 11600-17 on the other. These numbers don't jive with any numbers on the parts list on your site. Which ones do I order?  Thanks.

Hi there. Our 24-737 Andersen Sash balance should work in place of your andersen balance marked with "727". Look it over and see what you think.
