anderson window balance

Question

i have no tilt Anderson wood window which has balance on each corner. no. on balance is 11600-17 and at bottom E62 9#31-6-87. and ANDERSON CORP BAYPORT MINN. FOR THIS SEEMS LIKE IT WAS BUILD IN 31 JUNE 1987. WIDTH IS 6.5 INCH LONG AND 3.0 INCH WIDE. I NEED TWO BALANCE.I HAVE PICTURE BUT COULD NOT UPLOAD IT. CAN YOU SEND ME PICTURE OF PART YOU HAVE
