as u can c from pics, I have a K3 8#23 7-87 anderson window balance. I believe that is ur 823...correct?

Anyway I also need the left side...so I'll need that part # also.

Yes, I believe our 24-837 is what you want. This can replace balance boxes stamped with "8#23."
