anderson window replacement sash part number

Question

I would like to order replacement parts from you for an Anderson window sash.  The only identifier, other than the patent number, that I can find on the sash are the stampings DD 5 27 85.  Also, is there a left and right unit?  They seem to be identical.

Thank you for posting! That stamp is just what we needed to see. Check out our 24-531 Andersen Sash Balance. There are no left and right options for the 24-531, it can work for either side.
