anderson window sash identification

Hi,

After disassembling the window, the number on the balance is E5 9#31 8/84. Unfortunately I didn't see that number as an option in ordering a replacement part. Has this balance been replaced with a similar balance with a different number?

Good morning, Tom! Thanks for the information. I recommend that you take a look at our 24-939. This can be used to replace Andersen balance boxes with the stamp 9#31.
