Hello, Kenn here looking at this picture of the crank assembly (arm Operator) stamped with the #50..which is my right side bay window and #49 my left side.. The arms do not stay in place to open or close any longer. In need of help to find some kind of replacement..New parts or suggestions...Thanks..

Welcome to SWISCO, Kenn. Hard to say what your operator might be, based only on those numbers. Can you send a photo of the operator? I'd like to see it with the arms and gears exposed.
