Hello, Lisa. Hopefully I can help. You need to adjust the bottom threaded pivot pin to raise the door so that the guide pins fit in the top track. It's hard to tell from the photos, but it looks like you have something like our 23-407 corner block with a 21-092 threaded bottom pivot pin.
