atrium ceiling window

Question

this is a window in the ceiling of our atrium, it won't open, the crank mechanism is faulty.  we use a long pole with the nut insert, and it just won't do anything

It's tough to make out exactly what you have, but our 39-379 skylight operator may be worth considering. Look it over and let me know if you agree.
