attaches window to the pivot shoe mechanism

You guys have been lifesavers. We have a 33 year-old house with 28 tilt-out spiral balance windows. Paying somebody to come out and repair them was breaking the bank. I have used up most of the parts I ordered from you before. I need to reorder them, but am hoping you can supply this piece. While I only need one at this point, I am guessing I should also have a supply of them on hand.

Unfortunately, I broke this part when one of the windows hung up. It appears to be molded from pot metal.
