Question

The only parts in your inventory that I can find that might be similar are #39-393 Roto Vinyl Awning. However, ours are a slightly differnt size and have a clip on the ends that your part does not have. Thoughts?

We order lots of parts through you, but this is not one I've ordered in the past.

Thanks for reaching out! This operator appears to be an exact match for the 39-393 Roto Vinyl Awning Window Operator. The wingspan measurement for this operator appears to be just below 14", so it should be a match for the 13-7/8" we show.

Be sure to double check the other dimensions shown on the website. The compatible hardware and accessories can either be found tagged below or in the related products on the website.

You'll need to remove the bracket piece from the arms for the installation.
