Thanks for posting! Before I can recommend an applicable replacement for this operator, can you first give me the distance between its hole centers? Thank you!

Would you also happen to know the brand of this operator, or perhaps the window it's used in?

There are 4 holes for mounting.
the inner 2 holes are 6" apart and the 2 outer holes are 7" apart.
Again it is a "Trust" brand

Thanks for posting. Have you seen our 39-312 Truth Pivot Shoe Roto Awning Operator? It's not an exact match to your hardware, but it appears to be the closest match we have. Could this possibly work as a replacement?
