awning operator

Hi Swissco team, I was sent a photo of this operator from a customer. Not sure if it's enough to find a match but I thought I would try. I believe they are marvin windows.

Hmm... I'm not sure what you have. There are a few possibilities. I'd have to see the operator fully removed from the window to know for sure, along with detailed dimensions of the arms. In the meantime, check out our 39-015, 39-083, or 39-140 and see if any of these could work.

Thanks Dave,

The customer measured the arms and she came up with 24.5" with the window opened just a crack so she could measure. Would this be the 39-015?

That could be it, yes. By opening the window the two elbows drew closer together. Still, it wouldn't be a bad idea to remove it from the window entirely just to be 100% sure.
