awning parts

Question

customer has a 7400 awning window.  Frame size is 20" X 19 3/4"//rough opening is 20 1/4" X 20".  she needs hardware that is behind the handle and a small bar that is under the window frame that helps close window

Thanks for posting. Just to confirm, this is the Silverline 7400, correct? If so, most hardware for this window is no longer available. We do carry a couple parts that could work on it, but not everything. If you were to show me a picture of what your customer needs, we can tell you if we are able to help out.
