I SENT AN EMAIL WITH THE SAME INFO TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE DEPT. THEN i SAW THIS SO YOU MAY GET DUPLICATE QUESTIONS. THE THREADS THAT HOLD THE BUSHING WHERE THE HANDLE GOES IN ARE STIPPED. STRIPPED ON THE CASING NOT THE BUSHING, MAYBE THE BUSHING IS WORN TOO.
