awning window crank & latch

A quick learner from Washington, DC says:
Good afternoon!

Would you be able to recommend replacement parts for me? I wasn't able to find any markings on the hardware itself and don't have a name brand for the windows.

Thanks :-)

Sure, I think we can help. Looks like you need a new operator and lock.

Starting with the operator, would it be possible to see a photo of it removed from the window? Or, at the very least, can I see as much of it as you can show me? Right now this photo only shows the base, but the arms that extend to open the sash are equally as important.

For the lock, my recommendation would be the 38-075.

Thank you!

I wasn't able to remove the hardware, but here are a few more photos of the parts we need shown on similar functional windows.

Since my first post, I realized that we need new openers for both a casement and an awning window. So I'm including photos of the open and closed casement window as well.

Thank you! These photos are a huge help. for the awning window operator, my first recommendation would be the 39-143. This has a 12" distance between its "elbows" when closed, so make sure to check that before you buy anything. I think yours is that small, but I am admittedly just eyeballing it. The next size up is the 39-140, which is 16" elbow-to-elbow when closed.

As for the casement window operator, see our 39-031 and 39-032. Just make sure that the link arm is the same size, since there are other variations.
