Hi.
My crank froze when trying to close the window. With effort I could reopen it but the mechnism doesn't work the other direction. Reuten appears on the crank, Truth and 30897A on the arms, Truth on the crank housing and 45301. Made in the USA, USA PAT4505601. PAT.CAN.1986. Do you have the replacement parts?
