Thanks for reaching out! I believe you may have the 39-393 Roto Vinyl Awning Window Operator. To determine if this is the correct replacement, carefully look over the specifications and compare them.

This operator has two different compatible brackets; the 39-340 (surface mount) or the 39-424 (face mount). The compatible handle is the 39-232.
