awning window operator

On the inside, it is stamped "Truth" and the number 45206. It looks like and has similar dimensions to your Dual Arm Crank 21-1/2", product code 39-083. The piece which attaches to the window sash bracket is 4" long. What would be the correct replacement? Do you have a replacement in stainless steel or at least corrosion-resistent hardware? Thanks.
