awning window operator

i have 4 awning windows...all different sizes, and I dont know who manufactured them. all but 1 are stripped and can only be opened and closed by hand. they look like the one in your video demo. how do I measure for the right size replacements?

I see you were looking at our 39-083 operator. Does this style match yours? If so, it's important to measure the elbow-to-elbow measurement of the arms to make sure they're the same size as ours.

they are the same as yours but white. 2 are 21 1/2' and 2 are 16".

Ah, great! For the 16", how about our 39-140? The elbow-to-elbow measurement for this is 16-1/8".
