awning window operator - bent arm

I am looking for replacement operators for some old awning windows made by Woodco, which I do not think is in business anymore. Attached are 3 images that will show you what I am looking for.

The first attachment is what I found online when I looked for "Woodco Face Mount Casement Operator - 900-14122" ( I had seen that on an old website). It shows a photo of the operator, and if you scroll down, you will see a drawing showing the measurements.

The second attachment is a photo I took of the operator in my home. I believe that the measurements in the online image are the same as mine, but I have not taken the operator in my home apart to make sure. I have replaced a few of the handles, but I believe the main problem is that the gears are stripped, so I thought that I might have to replace the whole operator, unless you know of a way to replace or repair the stripped gears.

Would you let me know if you have anything like this, or if you have another idea for what I could do to make the windows open and close better? I have to push the window from the outside to make it close completely, which is quite difficult in the winter.

I'm afraid we don't have this old Woodco operator. I don't even think this is made anymore. The only option we have that might work is our 39-346 Jalousie operator kit. See if you could use this as a replacement. I cannot guarantee it will work, but we don't have anything closer.

I have the exact same Woodco window, did you ever find a replacement crank, I have 3 that are stripped from teenagers over cranking. Thanks, Tom

I'm sorry to say that the situation hasn't changed from Dave's previous response back in 2018. At this time the only product we sell that may work is our 39-356, but it's not a guarantee.
