We may have something that can work, but it would depend on your dimensions. Specifically, I need to to know the distance between the top and bottom installation holes (center-to-center) and the size of the link arm. I would also like to see a clear picture of the mounting hole pattern; I can't make that out based on your pictures.

In the meantime, look at our 39-060 and 39-061. These might be a match, but review the information I mentioned to confirm.
