awning window operators

A home owner from hawaii says:
need bronze replacement awning window operators and am not sure which one will fit. Frame has the name "PGT". Need 5 left and 5 right.

Sorry I sent the wrong photo previously. Please see new photo attached. While photo is silver colored, the operators I need must be bronze.
Dimensions are:
between top and bottom screw holes:5-1/4";
between side-by-side holes on bottom: 1-1/8";
between connection points on arm: 2-3/16"

Also need left and right torque bar retention brackets and replacement fasteners (bronze) for all.
