link is 2 1/2 in. lower mounting holes are at 1 5/16 in. upper holes are at 7/16 in.

Please see our 39-017 operator. This seems to have the same hole spacing as yours. Just check to make sure if you have a threaded hole at the end of the link arm. The 39-017 has a threaded hole that accepts a 33-067 shoulder screw.
