balance

Question

I do not know the manufacturer of this tilt double hung window. I need to replace the balance for the lower sash. It is aluminum and stamped 3111. The channel is 38" long and 1/2 " wide.

I'm afraid I can't identify what you may have from these photos. Is there some type of shoe or attachment that goes with this balance that we could see? I can't promise that we'll have a suitable replacement but that information would help us confirm.
