Thanks for posting! We'd be happy to supply you with replacement balances but due to the unique stamp on your original hardware, this will need to be a custom order. If you could confirm how many you'd like to order, we can send over an order link and price quote.

We just sent over an order link and price quote for you to review. Please note that the minimum order for custom balances is two, which we recommend regardless because it is always best to replace both balances so that the sash is equally supported on both sides of the window. Thank you!
