The Series 380 may be the correct replacement for your balance. I'll just need to see a photo of the bracket connecting the spring and the string in the center of the balance, to confirm.

Thanks for the requested photo. The S380-30 should be the correct balance so long as the shoe's depth is 1". Be sure to double check!

You can likely use the 2950 stamp option, which will support a sash weighing 28 to 32lbs. It would be a good idea to double check this as well.
