Many thanks for writing in. You appear to have an old coil spring balance system. The coil spring weight might be S150-8 for a 16 lbs. sash. Please compare with your old parts to be certain. We pulled up additional parts on this page you need them. Please note your pivot shoe isn't available and has been replaced with the 15-140.
