Hi, I am looking for window balance for sliding up window non-tilting. The old balance had etching saying "21 2 BSI NA". Can you please help me find the right match? The window latch says "pacific window corporation". thank you very much!

Hey there,

Thanks for posting! You'll need the S378-22, the S380-22, or the S385-22 to replace your balances. To determine which of them is the correct replacement, you'll need to measure the depth of your shoe.

You can likely use the 2120 stamp option but you may want to double check that your sash weighs between 8 to 12lbs.
