Hey, thanks for posting. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385.

Now, as you can see, the only difference between these two Series is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.

Thank you for your quick response.
Mine is 15-005. I only need four (full balance, not just shoe).
I also need 12 (6 pairs)of rollers for some of the Viking sliders in this house. By reading other threads I need 87-036.

That's fine, I'm not suggesting you replace the shoes. The two balance Series I recommend come with them already attached, I just wanted you to confirm which you had. Since you have the 15-005, I recommend our Series 380 channel balance.
