so what should I order from your catalogue.

Perfect! This is just what I needed. I recommend our S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance, depending on the depth of the bottom fitting. You'll need to measure as shown in the photo below to see which is the best option. The 29 9 stamps are also outdated so you would need to weigh the sash and refer to the chart under the product description on the S380 and S385 store pages to determine the appropriate spring strength option for your balance.
