It's tough to be sure since your balance assembly is quite damaged but the terminal clip at the end of your pulley cord resembles the S770 channel balance. The top of your balance also appears to attach to the window channel with a screw like our assembly. Take a look and compare the specifications shown on our product page to yours. Thank you!
