I can't identify what you have from these photos, unfortunately. I would need to see an undamaged balance removed from the window along with any attachments in order to help. Let me know if that's something you can get for us!
I'm afraid the stamps don't help us identify your hardware. The best and only way for us to help is if we see the balance and its attachments completely removed from the window.

Do you happen to have a Peachtree window balance approx 24"? I ordered a new balance that I thought would work (new balance is on the right) however, it is smaller and the end looks different than the original one that came in the window (on the left)

Your old balance reminds me of the S745. We only carry the Series 745 in a few lengths which you can find here. Take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with your original balance.
The stamp on this balance doesn't correspond with any of our options which means that the only way to determine the proper option is to weigh the window sash on a scale, unfortunately. I know that's not ideal but you don't want to guess the sash weight when it comes to picking a spring strength option as these are precise balances.
