balance inquiry

Question

Please verify this is your product code S380-17. My window weighs approximately 10 pounds.The measurement of the metal channel is 17 5/8" and it's overall length is 19" including plastic taps. Is that the part 1720? Thanks, Brian

Hello there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. This isn't the Series 380 or any of our stock balances. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length of 17-5/8" which is what makes it custom.

Can you show us a photo of the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord? We can get the ball rolling from there.
