balance inquiry

Question

I am looking for a few replacement balances. There is no brand identifier on the window or exiting hardware.
You've been a big help the past with sliding door rollers. (They work great)

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid your balance is too damaged to identify. Could we see an undamaged version removed from the window? Seeing the pivot shoe or any attachment this balance engages with would be a huge help. Can you also confirm how the balance installs at the top of the window? Is it with a screw or some type of hook?
