I am a homeowner and had bought a part (door Lock) from you a few years ago and was indeed happy with service and part.
The measurements per you instructions are : Lenght 24 ins, and Width 1/2 ins.

Hello,
The top fitting of your channel balance resembles the 19-042. The bottom shoe could be the 15-005 but we'll need to confirm if the depth measures exactly 1" as shown below. If so, we can supply your balances but it will need to be a custom order. To get started, we'll need to confirm the number of balances you need, with the minimum being two. Thank you.

I did check the specs and recommendations and it smeems as a perfect match. I also mentioned that I wanted to order two complete openers ( one for each side of the window) and let me know how I should proceed to getting the order in..
