I need a replacement balance for a window. See photo. The balance is 26 inches long and has the following numbers printed on it

The identity of the balance is determined by the appearance of the plastic attachments, not by anything that's printed on the balance. Take a look at our half-inch channel balances to see if you have one of these balances. Then, you can click on the proper balance, select the 26" version of that balance Series, and choose a weight option to order.
The weight "option" is based on the weight of your window sash, so you can weigh the sash and check the product page for the balance you select. Each balance product page has a chart in the product description which lists the weight range associated with each stamp option.
