24 5HV CMC2 and 21 4 CW CMC 8 balance ordering

Thanks for your patience during this busy season. I feel pretty confident that we can get you what you need, but we'll need more information. Specifically, we need a clear picture of the top nylon fitting and another clear picture of the bottom nylon fitting. I'll also need to see the top sash guide. For this one, please show us a picture of it from the side and another from the front, sort of like a mug shot. Knowing its dimensions will also be a huge help. Please be as precise as possible.

Keep in mind that we may need more photos and information after this, but it depends on what we see first. I'll need to know what to ask for.
