I have a window without balances or clips and I need the parts when I removed the existing window with a balance the part number was 26 4 CW CMC 10 I figured the S385-26 2520 on your website appears correct but can u help me out? Your help is appreciated.

Thanks for reaching out to us, Jason. Would you be willing to show us the balance you are referring to? Also, I noticed you mentioned the S385-26 as possibly being the replacement. We'd like for you to reconfirm the metal length measurement of your balance. Being as your stamping begins with a "26", your balance should measure 27". Please update us with that information and we will go from there.
Please compare your balance shoe to the image below and make sure that the dimensions match. If so, you should be good to go with the S385-27 channel balance.
In that case, S380-27 is the equivalent balance. Just double check that it looks the same before you order!
Hello! Your best bet to determine the window weight is simply to remove and weigh the window sash. There's not really another surefire method.
