The 15-087 pivot shoe appears to match what you have here. The Series 180 are the comparable springs that are sold separately. Have a look and let us know if you have any questions.

just confirming with you....should this be my parts list

>(1) 15-086
>(2) S180 .....and should they be the 5 LBS coil

Yes, that would be the parts needed for each side based on your photos. Please note that using two 5-pound springs on each side would support a 20-pound window sash.
