Hi Jeanette, thanks for contacting SWISCO. This looks like either our S351-24 or S390-24 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two kinds of balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. With a Series 351 Channel Balance the depth of this nylon shoe is 1", whereas with the Series 390 it is 1-1/8". Compare with your own and see what matches closest.

Once you know which balance to select, you must select a stamp option. Your stamped number of 23-3 suggests you should select a stamp option of 2330, which corresponds to a window sash weight of 15 through 18 lbs. You can always weigh your window sash if you want to make sure it fits this range.
