At first glance, your part does look like our Series 385 balance. However, when I take a close look at the bottom balance shoe, I am more inclined to suggest our S380-28. Both the Series 380 and Series 385 are almost identical to one another. The only difference is the 'depth' measurement of the bottom balance shoe. I encourage you to measure the depth of your bottom balance shoe to determine which balance is the better match. Whichever one chosen will use a 2740 option that holds a sash weight of 19-26 pounds.
