balance replacement

A handy person from Melbourne Florida says:

have a bathroom window.
THe balance (metal part) only measures 12"
the weight is 4 pounds.the wing channel shoe measures 1".

What part number should I order.
I think your web site is terrific.
I will be doing all my windows if this works out.

Hello,

As long as both attachments on your balance have wings, you may be looking for the S380-12 channel balance. There should also be a stamp on the original metal channel that will tell you which strength option to choose for your replacement balances. Take a look and compare the specifications and if you have any uncertainties, feel free to show us a photo of your balance removed from the window to confirm. Thank you.
