balance replacement

Can I purchase the entire balancer housing with the balancer tubes. As mind have all broken or torn through the plastic housing because of the stress of the spring and baking in the sun over the past 30 years. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks for reaching out to us. We may have a replacement for this balance but I'm afraid I can't ID which one from this photo. I would need you to remove an undamaged balance from the window along with any attachments. The video below will detail exactly what we're looking for.

Further researching what I need is " Jam Liner with the balancers. The size that's stamped on the balancer is 24XHD is 1 of the sizes I need.

We don't sell replacement jamb liners, unfortunately. I'm afraid the stamp doesn't tell us the identify of your hardware. It just tells us the strength calibration for your balance. We may be able to supply the balance but we will need to see it removed from the window as requested above.

Ok thanks.
The jam liner is brittle and the tension on the springs are tearing through the plastic
