Thank you again for your patience. You have a very old Crossly window side balance. Our S700-19 could work in its place. Look it over and let us know if this will work. If so, then you may be able to go with the 1820 option. This holds a sash weight of 8-12 pounds. Does that sound about how much your sash weighs? If so, then this may work for you.
