I realy dont need the latch part. willing to drill or cut to make windows work???

Thanks for posting. See our 18-187 Top Sash Guide Latch Pair. Compare with your old parts and see if it's a match. I personally advise you replace your Top Sash Guides if needed; they are what hold the window balances in place while allowing for the window to operate.

As far as your balances, can we see pictures of them removed from the window? Many thanks.
