I believe the S500-28 is the spiral balance we need but I cannot find the shoe to match.

Hi there!
Thank you for reaching out to us. We don't have a shoe that's this wide. The 15-118 comes to mind, but this is 1-1/4" wide and 9/16" thick. The cam slot has a center tooth, and the slot has an overall measurement of 5/16" wide and 3/16" high. We recommend you double-check your measurements, just to be sure.
