I am trying to get a replacement part for broken balance shoethe number on the balance is 24D BSI

Hello,

This looks like the 1-1/4" wide T-lock shoe that comes with our S795-24 channel balance. Because your attachment has a groove that ours does not, you would need to replace the balances in the window with ours. Please also keep in mind that our balance installs with a screw tab rather than a hook. Take a look and please let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you!
