7/8" tall, 1" wide. the cam is missing the expander piece on the back of the shoe.
Took me while to find any of these in your catalog. the only shoes that come up in tilt window parts are for spiral balances.

I believe we can supply this hardware, but you'll likely need an all new balance. Yours is an older style and I don't think the individual components are still made.
Before we go any further, can you show me a picture of the clip at the end of the cord? Can you also tell me the stamp printed on the metal channel?
